My Background

As a Senior Investment Counsellor, Peter is responsible for meeting the investment management needs of high net worth clients and quasi institutional portfolios in the Greater Toronto Area and South Western Ontario. Prior to assuming his current role, Peter joins us from UBS, where he was Director and Senior Portfolio Manager. He joined UBS in early 2000, where he was responsible for managing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth private client portfolios. He was involved in a variety of investment activities including investment research, tactical asset allocation, stock selection, portfolio construction, and alternative investments (private equity and hedge funds). Peter sat on the Investment Policy Committee and Investment Strategy Committee. Prior to joining UBS he worked in capital markets as an Analyst in the top-ranked Equity Related Products Group in Institutional Equity for Scotia Capital Markets and as an Investment Analyst for Canada Life. Peter is a current member of the Toronto CFA Society and the CFA Institute.
