Mike Marlatt, Portfolio Manager, is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Applied Geography. Mike is also the Assistant Branch Manager of the Petticrew Branch of BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns in 1997, Mike spent several years as an analyst with one of North America's largest commercial real estate firms specializing in Investment and Industrial properties. Mike utilizes an extremely broad base of investment knowledge developed over a lifetime of fascination with Canadian and International financial markets. He has obtained the Chartered Investment Manager designation (CIM) specializing in financial planning and investment management. Mike has also qualified as a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute – the highest designation granted by the Institute to recognize excellence in ethics, experience, and education
