Since my entry into the financial services industry in 2004, I have advised many families on retirement planning, investment management and portfolio strategy.  My belief is that prudence should be paramount in portfolio construction and that the process used to provide advice should be a transparent one that engages my clients and their families.  Excellent service means being consistent, abiding by one’s commitments, and making communication the centre of the client-advisor relationship.
