Garett Surcon

My Background

Garett has spent his career building investment plans, managing private wealth, and helping high net worth individuals make smarter decisions with their money. He joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in Winnipeg in 1996, after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.

Garrett holds both the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designations from the Canadian Securities Institute. He chairs the Canadian Mental Health Association of Manitoba and Winnipeg and serves on several committees with United Way.

When not at work, Garett can be found with his wife and two children biking through the streets of Wolseley, working in the garden, or relaxing at Victoria Beach.
